Merikounda beach

Merikounda stretches in the homonymous cove western from Mesta settlement. The beach is isolated thus perfect to enjoy swimming away from crowds and get some privacy. Merikounda offers no tourist facilities. Both the shore and the seabed are composed of sand and small pebbles. If you visit Merikounda do not miss staying there until the sunrise to view the sun falling on the background of the Aegean Sea and Psara Island.
