Dafnoudi beach
Dafnoudi is a small secluded beach, located at the northern end of the Kefalonia, near the village of Antipata. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of northern Kefalonia, a hidden treasure with white pebbles and crystal clear, turquoise waters. The beach is a haven for the seals Monachus Monachus that often visit the beach. At the right side of the beach, there is a beautiful cave with a small shady beach inside, perfect place for romantic couples. Shade is limited when the sun is high so remember to bring a beach umbrella. To reach the beach you have to follow an easy shady 600-meters long trail, through a cypress forest. The path is wide and safe all the way, which only takes 10 minutes. Dafnoudi does not get very busy as it is not known to many. The beach is not organized, so we would suggest you to bring some water and snacks for the day.
