Festival of Ai Giannis
The Festival of Ai Giannis is held on June 23 and 24 in the Castle of Antiparos and revives the tradition of Klidonas, an old custom where local men gather at the island’s square, sit around a fire and sing. The role of the fire is to exorcises every evil by driving it away.
