Festival of Koupa (Cup)
On July 28, at the precinct of the Taxiarchis church, some of the locals dance traditional dances while the first dancer holds a cup in which the attendees throw money. The mug then delivers to the next dancer, until all the dancers take it in the circle. The money collected is used for the needs of church preservation. In the past, this dance was the occasion for young people to come together with the new ones and to knit the first romances.
