Many of the beaches of Crete are very famous and well known all over the world. All different, but also special, with landscapes that refer to exotic places and all with crystal clear blue waters. It is difficult to choose the best of them. The criteria that we set for the selection have to do both with the uniqueness of the beach itself as well as with historical, cultural or natural elements that exist in the wider area and give the chance to the visitor to admire not only the beach but also to visit and admire monuments of culture or nature.
