Paleochora
The small route to Paliochora starts from the northern entrance of the medieval state, next to the church of Timios Stavros and after passing from the top of the rocky hill at 306m, it returns to the starting point from a lower path.
The whole route follows the central axis of the cobbled streets of Paliochora and passes through the most remarkable of the 33 surviving hill churches.
The course as a whole is the walking route 7 of the network of Cultural Paths.
The course is well marked, while at the beginning and at crucial points of the route there are signs of information and direction.
