Mesagros - Temple of Aphea
The route is a small route that connects the long residential area of Mesagros with the archaeological site of Aphea.
The course runs through a pine-like ravine, deeply dug into the deposits of the great plain of Mesagros, and then steadily ascends, at first on asphalt, then on a dirt road and finally on a good path, to a long back, carrying a long firewall.
From the fire zone we will reach the entrance of the great archaeological site of Aphea, across from the refreshment.
The course as a whole is the hiking route 9 of the network of Cultural Paths.
The course is well marked, while at the beginning and at crucial points of the route there are signs of information and direction.
This route is not linked to another hiking route on the network.
