Hydra - Kastraki - Castle
On this route we find Kastraki , the remains of a small seaside castle, whose history leads us to the end of the 17th century.
Continuing, we arrive at Mandraki , where the old military harbor of Hydra was in the 16th, 17th, 18th centuries, along with the yacht port of Hydra.
Today in the closed bay of Mandraki there is a very beautiful organized sandy beach, unique in Hydra.
Continuing on, we are witnessing the Castle, a fortified work of the early 16th century, shaped as it is today during the Revolution of 1821.
All the way we meet country cottages, which are in perfect harmony with the island's morphological and residential features.
