Provatas beach
Provatas is a lovely calm beach with super clean and clear waters and soft sand in and out of the water. Great for young children as it is shallow a long way out and there are no waves. Part of the beach is organized with beach chairs and umbrellas but there is plenty of room down the beach as well as small coves, if you want to do your own thing. In a windy northern gushing day, it becomes a hot prospect since it is well-protected from the winds. This beach is very easy to drive to, from all of the main towns of Milos. At the top of the beach there are a few restaurants / tavernas as well as some hotels and rooms to let. Provatas is a must for beach lovers and a perfect destination for families with children.
