Psili Ammos beach
Psili Ammos is a rather small beach with some trees for shade. It is peaceful and quiet with soft sand which extends up to the surrounding hills and beautiful clean and clear turquoise sea. The beach does not offer any kind of facilities so, bring your own stuff as the closest shop is 15 min walk. Due to its location, is exposed to the northern winds and it may be windy at times.
Psili Ammos is one of the most beautiful and popular beaches of Schinoussa. It lies in a small cove near the village of Messaria, on the northeastern coast of the island. It is accessible by car via a dirt road with a very short walk to the beach. However, if you are a hiking lover, it is only 40 mins walk from the village.
