Vardia beach
Vardia is a charming little beach close to the port of Folegandros, but still a bit hidden. The beach is more pebbles but the water is crystal clear and fabulous. It is a nice laid-back place to relax and enjoy the sunshine and a great beach to visit especially if you are staying nearby. It does not have a lot of shade, but the far-right hand side of the beach does get some shade. There are no any facilities so you have to bring your own supplies. Vardia can be accessed by climbing down a solid concrete set of steps from the top of the cliff behind Karavostasis.
