Faneromeni beach
This is an amazing beach and probably one of the best of Antiparos Island. Although, it is hard to find and approach it by car, it is a pure heaven and definitely worth the rocky road hike. During the high season it gets busy and you can barely find a place to lay down your towel. Agia Faneromeni is a secluded tiny cove with beautiful white sand and crystal-clear waters and little to no wind thanks to its orientation and the surrounding rocks. Here, there are no parasols, cushioned sun beds or bar service, so fill your beach bag with water, snacks and snorkel gear as you can spot lots of fish and shells in the sea. The small white chapel of Agia Faneromeni on the beach’s edge adds to this picturesque scene. To get there you have to drive several kilometers down a rocky road and almost bust your tires. The beach is located at the southernmost part of the island and is perfect for those who want to get off the beaten track and stay away from cosmopolitan and noisy beaches.
