Avlakia beach
Avlakia beach is a lovely crescent shaped beach with very soft sand and lovely warm, shallow and clear water. Behind the beach is the tiny settlement of Avlaki, which is the only village and port of Pserimos. The beach stretches from one end of the village to the other and is very popular for families due to its safe and shallow water. It gets very crowded as the day trip boats arrive in Pserimos but this only lasts a couple of hours. Along the beach are a few shops selling arts, crafts and locally produced products as well as a few tavernas serving fresh fish. Here, you can find some rooms to rent but you should keep in mind that accommodation options in Pserimos are limited.
