Vouti beach
You can find this beach whilst exploring the fantastic coastline of Kefalonia. It is a very picturesque beach with breathtaking greenery against a crystal-clear sea. A lovely secluded pebbled beach, probably off most tourist radars, where the milky colour of the sea hints at the Caribbean. It has warm blue water and an excellent value beach hut which offers a good range of drinks and a limited number of snacks. You can see some nice fish while snorkeling or you can just spend some time lazing in the shallows.
The road down is steep with limited parking, so you need to get there early in high season. This place is all the better for the fact that very few people venture down the gravel track or even know of the existence of the place. There are loungers, parasols and a lovely tavern up on the cliff with local food and amazing view.
