Kavalikefta beach
Α tiny beach in between some rocks crammed with tourists and serviced by a very basic café where you can eat, drink or order at the beach everything. You can stay near the bar or you can walk 20, 50 meters and chose other panoramas to the beach with different rocks. The rocks are great for jumping and swimming between them is just amazing. The beach is made up of small to medium pebbles with a steep drop into the beautiful blue sea. There are parasols and sunbeds for rent but also space to lay your own towel. Kavalikefta beach is situated 15 km south of Lefkada Town, next to Kalamitsi village. The road to the beach is very narrow. Keep in mind it’s difficult at peak times with lots of cars parked on the side and cars going two ways. At the end of the road, there is a parking lot for a fee. If you like rocky sealines and are ok with narrow roads with plenty of twists and sharps turns, this is a good beach to visit. Megali Petra beach and Avali beach are very close and they are both very beautiful.
