Every 15th of July, a three-day festival takes place at the port of Antiparos, in honor of Agia Marina (Santa Marina). It is the most important cultural event on the island and involves several sport activities such as yachting races, swimming and running in the streets of Chora as well as concerts, dances and parties that last till early in the morning.
On September 7, a feast takes place at the church of Panagia Faneromeni on the other side of the island. The chapel can only be reached by boats.
The feast of Agios Ioannis Spiliotis is held on the 7th of May at the small church of Agios Ioannis near the cave. It is one of the best known feasts on the island and very popular as well. It includes local dances, wine and food for both locals and visitors.
