Aegina Fistiki Fest 2024

The Aegina Fistiki Fest returns this year to celebrate the island’s trademark product, the renowned pistachio (fistiki). This annual festival is the major event that takes place in the Saronic Gulf, and attracts thousands of visitors. Its main aim is to promote and support the cultivation of this pistachio, moreover to promote other local products produced on the island. The festival combines a commercial exhibition with various cultural events such as concerts, musical and theatrical performances, lectures, guided tours to the island’s museums and archaeological sites, and various activities for children. The kiosks on the promenade offer pistachio and pistachio-based products and local cooks along with well-known Greek chefs make delicious dishes with pistachio as a raw material which visitors can try free.
