The waterfall of Kremasi is located in the beautiful forests of Northern Evia, hidden by the dense vegetation, in an inaccessible spot in the forest, between the villages of Milies, Agdines and Kryoneritis. Its water comes from the sources of the river Xiria (Callas). The waterfall has enough water even in the summer and in its base a small pond is formed.
It's quite easy to reach the waterfall. The easiest route is from the village of Agdines. Just outside the village on the way to Chalkida, there is a sign on the right side of the road ΄΄Προς Κρέμαση΄΄. At the point where the sign is placed the road is quite downhill. From that point a dirt road starts almost 2 kilometers long, that reaches the riverbed. Then you have to head the opposite direction of the river flow and follow the red marks found on the stones along the path. The path is a bit difficult for those not hiking in rough paths, but of amazing beauty. Greenery, pines, water, small lakes and small waterfalls create a magical landscape.
