Gerolimnionas beach
Gerolimnionas is one of the most beautiful beaches of Schinoussa but one of the less popular as well, due to the difficult access. It is a sandy beach, only 15 meters wide with golden sand and emerald waters, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and fishing. It has no trees or amenities of any kind and the nearest shop is 20’-25’ min away. The lovely beach lies in a sheltered cove, is totally secluded and nudist friendly.
It is located on the northwest side of Schinoussa and the only way to get there is on foot or by boat. The dirt track starts 100 meters before the village of Messaria and ends to a path. It takes 20-minute walk along the path to get to the picturesque bay. If you like adventure and look for a romantic little spot to escape from crowds, Gerolimnionas beach is worth a visit.
