Church of Agios Artemios of Sagkri
The church of Agios Artemiοs at Stavros, between Tragia and Sagri, is a simple one-storied church with a troul, in which the icon screen holds the entire eastern antenna. The floor is kept intact and consists of slabs and natural rock. The painting decoration, limited to the walls, arch of the temple as well as the inner courtyard of the eastern arc, is independent of geometric designs and herbal jewels. The non-iconic decoration includes the church of Agios Artemios in the iconographic period (729 / 30-843).
