Folklife Museum of Menetes
Carved tombs welcome you as you walk past the entrance of a small two-storey building that is over 200 years old. Upstairs you will get to see objects of the everyday life of the villagers, musical instruments and old fotos as you slowly walk on a black and white floor made of shingles. This floor was initially meant to house a small chapel but this plan was never implemented. The ossuary of the village used to be downstairs. However, in 1995, it was converted into a museum. There you’ll find farming tools and traditional kitchen utensils.
