Nimborio - Chorio - Palarniotis
The path passes through a few places with vegetation and much more places with pebbles. Moving away from Nimborio it first passes by the Byzantine chapel of Agioi Anargyroi, the ancient vaulted tomb at the location of Spilios tou Arapi, the old oil press of Chorio, Kato Vryti with the old well and the big pine tree, Pano Vryti (probably the oldest well of Chorio). Afterwards, it passes through the old cemetery with the church of Metamorfosis built of older architectural parts and it enters a location with ‘kyfes’ (stone huts). The uphill for the monastery of Taxiarchis Michael Palarniotis, at Plagia, begins right after the valley.
