Vari is one of the largest villages of Syros and is 9 km away from the capital Ermoupolis. Residents of Vari, apart from tourism, are engaged in rural life, as there is a cultivated plain around the village.

In the landscape of the village dominates a tower house, owned by the Goulandris family and creates a medieval atmosphere in Vari, while the chapel of Panagia, that celebrates on the 15th of August with a big feast, offers a panoramic view of the area.

Guests will enjoy swimming in the beautiful beach of the village as well as in the nearby beaches of Achladi, Fabrika, Empati and Santorinious.There is an easy access to the settlement by regular bus services, taxi as well as by car.
