Vathi Limenari beach
Vathi Limenari is a small pebbly beach in the south of the island. Located in a sheltered cove, far away from villages and other beaches, this small beach is completely secluded and ideal for those seeking a private spot and calm waters. The water is very clear and blue. There are pebbles in and out the sea, so we would recommend bringing water shoes with you. The beach is only accessible by boat departing from Stavros or via a steep path (20 mins) that starts from the ruins of the old windmill. Due to the difficult access, it never gets busy, even in high season. In the surrounding hills you can find the ruins of a settlement from the Geometric period and on the beach itself the ruins of a second windmill.
