Lobster with Pasta

Cooking Instructions

1. In a large saucepan add the oil and just warm it up, not burn, pour the onion until it is polished.

2. Add the tomato and mix. Pour the water, salt and pepper until it boils.

3. Pour the lobster and cognac. Stir carefully so the lobster does not dissolve and melt. Cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes until all the materials are tied together.

4. In another pot, boil water and some oil. Pour the spaghetti and mix them to keep them from sticking together.

5. Without squeezing them, we remove them from the saucepan using a fork and place them in the lobster pot, along with that little water they have kept on them.

6. Once all the macaroni have been added, strengthen the heat and pour the dill, mix carefully and simmer for about 5 minutes.

7. We turn off the fire, we move right - left the pot, let stand for 5 minutes.

8. Serve on a platter under the spaghetti and over the lobster pieces.
