Tigania beach

Tigania beach is a breathtaking beach in the second peninsula of Halkidiki, between Klimataria and Kriaritsi beach. A beach with wild beauty that until recently was unknown to most, for many years. It was a paradise for very few, a well kept secret. It has everything that makes it irresistible, wild beauty, magnificent views, pure turquoise waters and a golden sand that does not stick to you. It is located on the southeast side of Sithonia, near Sykia, one of the oldest and most traditional villages of Halkidiki, right next to Kriaritsi. Tigania beach consists of three small coves separated by rocks that altogether make the Tigania beach. The first two coves are organized with a beach bar, sunbeds and umbrellas while the other one is more isolated and you can often come across campers and nudists..A quiet and idyllic landscape for relaxation and swimming.

Right opposite the beach there are the small islets of Skepes, Achini and Petalida. There are various hidden and non-coves next to the main beach of Kriaritsi, creating one of the most beautiful reliefs of Sithonia. It's one of those beaches that you must definitely see it close and dive into its crystal clear waters and you will just fall in love with it.

The access to the beach is very difficult as there is a network of roads through which you can arrive at the beach but unfortunatelly there are no signs. There are two ways to reach Tigania, one is via the Sithonia main road from Sykia to Kalamitsi, and the other is via the seaside road that starts from the beach of Sykia. The beach is in a deserted location away from the main road. It is a very popular beach and it gathers lots of people during the summer months, so it is better to visit it early in the morning or during the low tourist season.
