Old Port of Skiathos
One of the most beautiful and picturesque spots of Skiathos is the Old Port at the western end of Chora, which is a reference point especially for the evening entertainment on the island, as the most idyllic bars on the famous "cushions" are concentrated here. The Old Port is an ideal choice for a romantic walk by the sea during the dusk. On the one hand the waters of the Aegean Sea with the fishing and tourist boats and on the other hand the traditional buildings of local architecture with the majestic look set up the romantic scenery for your walk. Add to all these Bourtzi as a background, the small verdant peninsula that separates in two the port of Skiathos. At the Old Port, of course, besides bars, you will find several dining options overlooking the sea and Bourtzi.
