Agrafa Ski Resort

Agrafa Ski Resort is situated at the east side of the Agrafa Mountain, in Thessaly. There are 0.3 km of slopes available for skiing and snowboarding and a baby-lift to transport the guests. The ski resort sits at an altitude of 1,530 meters above sea level and the slope is ideal only for beginners. Agrafa Ski Resort is close to the Plastira Lake and is open weekends from 09:00 a.m. to 15:30 p.m. To get there, you have two options:  you can either drive towards Lake Plastiras though Kryoneri or through Kastasnia. Both ways lead to the village of Neraida which is only 5km away from the ski resort and the only place you can find accommodation and food. Near the base of the resort is a mountain refuge founded by the Alpine and Ski Club of Karditsa. The refuge sits at an altitude of 1,430 meters and can host up to 30 people. The surrounding area is very beautiful and has many forest roads suitable for cross-country ski and hiking.
