Kos Marina

Kos Marina is located 1.6 km (1 mi) southeast from Kos old harbor. It is a modern marina and one of the best sailing and cruising areas in Europe. Kos itself is the perfect starting point for sailing to Dodecanese. The marina offers high quality services for boats that can moor for a few days period or all-year-round. Kos Marina features five piers offering a total of 265 berths for yachts up to 80 meters in length, with mooring lines, water, electricity supply, telephone connection and satellite TV.

Kos Marinas premises are patrolled 24/7 by guards and all the piers are equipped with fire stations with fire extinguishers, alarm systems and fire hoses with both fresh and seawater circuit. 80 additional berths were recently given to Kos Marina at the island’s main harbor. There is also a dry storage area for 150 yachts, equipped with a 100-ton boat lift and a 35-ton hydraulic trailer, for loading and unloading a variety of heavy equipment.  

Within Kos Marina, facilities include two buildings housing yachting charter companies, naval agencies, nice cafes and bars, one restaurant, a small super market, reception desks and administration offices. Within walking distance, you can find more food and drink options and all kind of shops. It is a popular place with a laid-back atmosphere that attracs a great number of locals and travelers all year round. Also, a very nice place to enjoy breathtaking views of the skyline or beautiful sunsets while having a dinner or cocktail.
