By Bus: There are regular buses from Thessaloniki to Serres, and from Serres, you can take a local bus or taxi to Agistro. The bus journey from Thessaloniki to Agistro takes approximately 2-3 hours.

From Bulgaria: The town of Agistro is close to the Bulgarian border, and visitors traveling from Bulgaria can easily cross into Greece and reach the hot springs by car.
