Byzantine Collection of Corfu
The Byzantium Collection of Corfu is housed in the main gate of Old Fortress and it holds about 40 exhibits from the old Byzantine collection of the Museum of Asian Art. The Collection was created in 1959 and was completed in 1970. It includes Palaiopolis mosaics and sculptures from the collection of the Palaiopolis museum and from others museums. Also includes wall painting of Sant Nikolas of Korakiana village of Corfu.
