Μετάφραση Greek Version

Nimos is an uninhabited islet in the Dodecanese. It is located off the northern coast of Symi, from which it is separated by a narrow passage, called Diapori. The tiny islet was known in ancient Greece as Imos. On Nimos, stands the monastery of Panagia Ypakoi which celebrates on August, 24. On that day many people visit the church to pay honor to the icon of the Virgin and to help organize the feast that takes place there in the evening. Both the islet and the surrounding islets has been proclaimed an archaeological site by the Central Archaeological Council.
