Kamarelles

The scenery on the southernmost beach of Europe is magnificent. The landmark is a rock formation with three large natural arches, known as the Kamarellles, formed at the eastern edge of a beach. The name of the adjastent beach, which is known as Trypiti, derives from those three arches. On the rock formation, there is a huge chair made by some Russian scientists, in which you can climb and gaze at the vast South Cretan Sea. The Kamarelles is a must see on the island of Gavdos, so you'd better add it on your bucket list if you are planning to visit the southernmost Greek island.
