APHRODITE CUP has been established since 2015 as a top-quality international sport event, which brings together top gymnasts from around the world. The Aphrodite Cup is considered as one of the most significant rhythmic gymnastics events worldwide. This great event combines gymnastics and a variety of parallel ecological and social awareness activities that take place aduring the competition schedule.
The event is held in the Faliro Indoor Olympic Hall (TAE KWON DO), 38km far from Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” and 7km from Acropolis Museum and the historic monument of Parthenon. The Olympic Stadium fulfills all requirements and standards of major international events, given that it has hosted great sport events in the past, such as the Athens 2004 Olympic Games. Within walking distance from the stadium is Flisvos Yacht Marine with plenty of options for food, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center with the National Opera, the National Library of Greece and the Stavros Niarchos Park, as well as the Planetarium of Athens, one of the largest and best planetariums in the world.
