Koutsomytis Island

The islet of Koutsomytis along with the islets of Tigani and Kounoupes compose the "exotic zone" of Astypalea. The short distance that separates the tiny islet from that of Tigani creates a beautiful water passage with crystal clear, turquoise waters. Crossing to the opposite Tigani is a must. On both islets are small pebbled beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sea and the sun. You can approach the islet either by renting a boat or by taking one of the tour boats that depart from the port of Pera Yalos and Maltezana in Astypalaia. It is definitely one of the places you should add in your bucket list if you plan to visit the lovely island in Astypalaia.
